Dear Rudi, I am amused....Are you telling Carlson Hotel do not have a JD for Pastry Chef?? Ask your Area HR Linda Scully she might have it. Shame!

There is no JD, as it's not a Carlson Hotel, nor a Ritz-Carlton, but simply the Carlton Hotel, a local hotel in Singapore.
