As a a event coordinator, how do you do with your pressure from operation departments and clients? especially during a event?

Handling pressure only comes with experience and time. You will fail at some point but understand it is not about you but the situation. Handling pressure by the way is at every level. GMs too they have to handle a LOT of pressure. You may not see it but they do!! All the best with your events!

Every position has pressure. In every walk of life.
Know your professional and personal inventory.
Organize your days.
Prioritize.
Delegate.
Keep a calming nuturing attitude, which is automatic if you have done the above...
Alfred Hitchcock literally worked out each and every shot in his story boards down to the last detail. When it came to film he just sat back and observed.
Circumstances not under your control are simply that. But if you have plan B and planned senarios pressure ceases to exist.

ok,after that,pressure is ok,as long as it is on the job and not from a mafia
but even that is easy to handle,if you get a leverage to break the mafia in your property
patience and stubborness are the first things to overcome pressure,patience is a weak point*smile*
