Hi everyone, I'm doing an internship and one of my projects is a pre-opening guideline/ items that need to be completed prior to the opening. I've found a few on-line templates but I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice or input? I went to school for hospitality, but still, never was "responsible" for something like this and I want to cover all my bases. Thanks!

Many people who know me on this site are aware that I will respond to the first posting asking for assistance, however I have never sent then to others wanting to ride on the band wagon. If MLO wants to send them to you that is OK by me. Regards
