Hi Ali,

One important component of starting up a new restaurant is understanding and projecting an accurate construction/FF&E budget. An experienced interior designer will be able to help you with that, basing it on the size of the space and several other factors. A designer will also be able to plan out the space for you in a way that will maximize potential profits and allow your operations to run smoothly.
