What is the recommeded cost of energy ( Electricty, lpg, IDO etc) in relation to your gross total revenue for a hotel.

Energy cost of your GTR

Dear MH,
1. % Total Maintenance to GOR approximate 5.1%
2. % Total Utilities to GOR approximate 6.5%
Every hotels/resorts are difference, it is depend on location, state etc.
As above are estimated % base on my property and state.

Every hotel /resort are different ,the location -depend the climate will be effect to utility consumption and how is Hotel apply Energy saving.My experience with energy saving applying in hotel the utility cost is 4,2 to 4,8 % and expense is 3,7% of GOR
