My name is David Mioduski and I am an international wellness consultant and Doctor of Oriental Medicine, includine Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. I am interested in getting feedback from the high end hotel and spa managment community. What do you know/think about using acupuncture in the spa setting for relaxation? I am currently working here in Doha at the Ritz Carlton Sharq Village and Six Senses Spa and many people are finding that the acupuncture is an amazing relaxation tool. I am from America, and speak English, Spanish and Polish. I was trained at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington and in China as well. I have successfully treated people for pain, weight loss, stopping smoking, facial or cosmetic acupunture including scar reversal, allergies, headaches, diabetes, high blood pressure, skin problems, heart disease, kidney problems, asthma, digestive problems, autoimmune conditions, cancer, stroke, womens' issues like menopause and infertility, and many other conditions in people of all ages, from infants to elderly. I have over 10 year experience in Chinese Medicine and 20 years as a wellness consultant. I also do consultations for Herbal Medicine, Diet, and Exercise. Actually, acupuncture is not painful like so many people think, in fact it is very relaxing and many of my patients go into a deeper state of relaxation than with massage, and the effects are much deeper than acupressure. If you have questions, my email is dgmio@msn.com and my number directly in Doha is 33574648. You can also check out my website at www.acupuncture-medicine.com.
