currently employed at international hotel chain as a Chef de partie ( Cold Kitchen ) in KSA, looking for an opportunity to relocate - specialized in EURO , Oriental , good knowledge of italian , mexican , asian , ....... good knowledge of HACCP , menu planning , buffets , a la carte ,banqueting and outside catering culinary bachelor degree holder - positive , active , creative and reliable team player
