A leading restaurant company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates seeks a young, charismatic and multi-talented administrative assistant.
Primary responsibilities would be:
- Orchestrating the administrative functions in the Head Office
- Providing administrative support to all Department Heads
- Working closely with Owner and General Manager for a variety of responsibilities
The ideal candidate would be preferably
- Female
- Early to mid twenties
- A graduate of hospitality management, sales & marketing or mass communications
- Possess an excellent command of spoken/written English - Arabic & other languages would be a bonus
- An exceptional ability to multi-task
- Well spoken, confident and able to professionally deal with high-profile clients & guests
