I do believe that the best Software for any Revenue Management Team
The Applications u and yr team able to create
when we understand quite well the Hospitality Revenue Management aim, concept, applications, formulas ,the core of "why we need revenue team", and when we are a good user for MS packages "excel and access"
you will be able to CREATE your OWN applications
"One Yield" are the wining application for Marriott, and rewarded on 2006 as best revenue application , it made by Marriott Revenue Team
actually as Revenue Manager I did the same
ground of applications "using VBA" ti toiler your own applications you know whet to check and what to stress, you are the one among the competitors can evaluate your position
1-we need to check the ....licking bag "its cost control!! and general store!!!
2-we need to know, UNDERSTAND why we away from the BUDGET, and LAST YEAR..
not just giving excuse that the market is fluctuating and some Global crises happened..
3-we need to know the precisely the reason where we setup UN-imaginary budget!!..
actually having HISTORY of Business its the CORE of any revenue manager, Management, Team
if your made your own applications --exporting PMS’s reports form "History, Current Period Reports" from: "Opera" or whatever, to spread it to Excel sheets...and to starting compare it with ...I can help ..but if you insist to buy ..just all are the same ..after all even International chains after buying the software they Still using their own ""APPLICATIONS REPORTS made By EXCEL"VBA" ...its essential way
