I do think ehotelier 'forums' would benefit from have a "Hotelier Resource" section where hoteliers could upload files and information/ examples they are willing to share.

One so often sees in the forums requests for information or a spreadsheet, for example, and this is usually followed by hundreds of posts 'please also send to me'.

Examples of resource uploads could be job descriptions, service standards, menu costing templates, forms, etc.

definitely disagree with uploading spreadsheets, excels, SOPs, etc etc.

definitely on side with uploading pics and vids only to assist in discussions... ie. if i were to have a problem with polishing the bell carts, i could put up a picture of the bell cart and the current product im using so people can see exactly what im talking about.
