On the hospitality news, I didn't see a lot of news about short term serviced apartment. Many hotels provide this kind of facilities. I would like to know why they don't communicate about it? or it is my mistake and I didn't read properly the newsletters...
We are new actor on the market of holiday rents throughout the world. Lofty was launched in June 2011 (beta test) and officially on October 6th with the objective to propose an innovating service aiming to connect users to available houses and apartments on rent worldwide. The site proposes right now a beta version with an offer of more than 26.000 properties available for rent in more than 3.000 cities. Lofty sets up as an operational team of 10 people working from New York. Fabrice Grinda (Aucland, Olx…) a recognized Web entrepreneur and investor in multiple internet companies is one the 3 cofounders and at the birth of the project.
