Am I the ONLY one who is just plain tired of tiny portions? Flecks of fruit, a dot of sauce...I mean is anyone else wanting a REAL portion?!
Mind you I have total respect for 5* dining...BUT when cafe of coffee shops try 5* size, I feel cheated!!!
Not looking for heavy weight size just appropriate...

as you wrote,it depends on the occasion.
In formal set menues,every course will be less, a single sold pastry has to be decent quantity against the sales price
problem starts,when people from the outside interfere in kitchen issues(GM,FB,owners)
