Hi
dual education is best.....
first practical in the hotel(cleaning vegs),then going to the day on "school" where somebody 20 years out of the business wants to talk about 12 hollandaise sub-sauces
all with the full support of late shift, morning school sleeping hours
cooking came at the second year for real
best regards
expat

Don,t remember the exact first dish i made.
But i really messed up my first anglese trying to smooth talk the girl on my staton.

Spend a week cleaning the main dining room after dinner, but it was worth it.
The cleaning came after my answer to the teacher, perhaps the same that expat enjoyed.
