Dear Chef.

My name Yogi Lesmana, experiences on opening and reopening hotels, and i had experiences in hospitality industry (hotels) for 16 years, i look for career challenge as Jr.Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in South East Asian cuisine (Japanese hot kitchen and sushi sashimi, Thai, Indonesia, Malay, Singapore, Chinese Cuisine).
