A 250 ROOM, 5 F&B OUTLET COMMERCIAL HOTEL IN ISTANBUL, TURKEY, MANAGED BY A MAJOR EUROPEAN GLOBAL HOTEL GROUP, NEEDS A NEW FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER.
CANDIDATES MUST BE EUROPEAN UNION MEMBER COUNTRY NATIONALS, MALE OR FEMALE, WITH STRONG RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. SWISS NATIONALS ALSO CAN BE CONSIDERED.
POSITION IS A MEMBER OF THE HOTEL'S EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, AND IS OVERALL RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL F&B DEPARTMENTS OF THE HOTEL INCLUDING ALL DAY DINING, MEDITERRANEAN DINING, BARS, LOUNGES, BANQUETING AND MEETING SPACES.
CANDIDATES MUST ALREADY HAVE GLOBAL EXPERIENCE OUTSIDE OF EUROPE, IDEALLY INCLUDING THE FAR EAST AND EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN, AT LEAST AT ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER LEVEL, WITH A TOTAL OF AT LEAST FIVE YEARS.
CANDIDATES MUST BE VERY SERVICE ORIENTED, HANDS ON, GUEST ORIENTED, AND EXPERIENCED IN QUALITY CREATIVE SERVICE TRENDS AND SYSTEMS.
A TAX FREE EURO SALARY IS OFFERED, WITH NORMAL FULL EXPATRIATE BENEFITS. THE F&B MANAGER WILL BE HOUSED EITHER LIVE IN, OR IN A FULLY FURNISHED FLAT NEAR BY. MARRIED CANDIDATES CAN BE CONSIDERED, BUT WITHOUT CHILDREN. POSITION IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.
