Melati Beach Resort & Spa in Koh Samui is seeking a hotel manager to provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the hotel management team as it expands its services to provide even more innovative services to the market. In addition, this individual will act as the main liaison between the client and hotel staff as well as the Chief Operating Officer and the management.

The Hotel Manager will report direct to the Chief Operating Officer with a career path to be Deputy General Manager within 1 year of successful performance.

Ideal candidates will be male or female, of Thai Nationality, a minimum of four years experience in four or five star hotels as an Executive Assistant Manager or two years as a Resident Manager. Additionally a minimum education of Bachelors Degree with Masters or ongoing education preferred and core competencies in Communication, Management, Planning and Fiscal Management.
