Our client a well-known International Chain is working on the concept of a new Budget hotel brand, which they aim to launch with the first opening in Bangkok next year, followed by a fast roll-out of the brand thereafter.

As a result we are looking for a young, creative individual to head-up this Budget brand as Group General Manager based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Due to the nature of the hotels and the fact they will be minimal service/facility properties (much like you find in Europe or the US), we need someone who is a tech-savvy operator and marketer who will be comfortable leading a small team of people to establish this brand as a new entry in the local (and eventually Regionally) budget brand hotel market.

Ideal age is 28 to 40 years old.

Experience working in Asia, in hotels or for budget airlines perhaps.

He/She would be involved in the concept finalization, property openings, overview and monitoring of performance and marketing of the brand.

We will offer an expat package to the candidate, plus housing allowance, yearly flights home, generous annual leave etc. Salary would be in the region of 8,000 – 9,000 USD nett/month.
