Preferable European Nationality
Female / European.
Min. 3 years of experience in the same role in a 5* hotel.
Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Able to Mange kids club, recreation facilities and animation
Should be creative and with a passion to excel.
Coach/Mentor.Skills to develop those within their team
Motivator.Someone who can improve motivation and foster
positive morale.
Passion for the job and industry
Organized individual with impeccable time management
Good leader ship
Basic Salary
Package details are as follows :
Monthly Basic Salary QR16,000/=.
Transportation Allowance QR600/= per month.
Mobile Allowance QR300/= per month.
In-House Laundry Allowance QR250/= per month.
Relocation Allowance Maximum of 200 kg. unaccompanied baggage.
Annual Leave 30 Calendar Days upon completion of 12 months of service.
Air Ticket One economy class round trip air ticket every year to point of hire.
Medical Medical insurance will be provided.
Accommodation Fully furnished Villa with utilities & Internet.
