- Starting in the job I always wanted.
- Working hard for some 47 years.
- Retiring with sufficient savings and investment to enjoy life.
- Loving and being married to the same woman for 38 years who has been my inspiration and companion through all the trials and tribulations of life.

Personal?
- I have four wonderful albeit very different daughters, spread all over the world (Helsinki-Finland, Bangor, Co. Down,Ireland, Wellington -New Zealand and Vancouver, Canada.
- I finally managed to work up the energy and dared to open my own company, going since April 2008.
- I have taken a flight on Concorde...
- I shall soon retire and hope to improve my handicap on golf, currently 23,7

Hi
difficult,i would say...
to be still allive, given the fact, that to be a chef on the road can be dangerous?(pak, thai, egypt etc)
or to be after three years in a revolutionary country still the chef?
or to be a family man, despite the fact, that this fabulous carrier teached me to be 330 days away every year from the people, which really count for me?
i answer similar questions always, that others have to judge
best regards
