Looking for a new challenge as Captain/Supervisor(F&B)position preferably in Asia, such as Singapore, Macau, Malaysia and Thailand, Caribbean countries, any remote areas i.e. Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean or worldwide. 5 star chain hotel and resort experience such as Middle East pre-opening hotel, Caribbean and Asia. Been assigned in a fast paced multicultural environment i.e. ADD, Coffee Shop, Chinese Restaurant, Banquet Service and Room Service. Knowledge both operational and administrative in f&b department. Self driven, problem solver, good leader, ambitious, focus , always prioritize and exceed guest expectations, ability to enhance repeat guest and ensure staffs follow SOP.
