dear collegues,

As we want to train our staff we need urgent your help.
Are you able to help me with a training outline / course / manual for our kitchen staff.
Basically we want to teach them basic english for the kitchen (food item, equipment, methods,...)
if it helps (don't know if important) 99% of the team speaks thai only

Dear Chef,

As far as basic english teaching is concerned I think the best thing you can do is outlined some basic words/vocabulary/terminologies e.g food, ingredients, equipments and so on then ask someone from your thai staff/secretary who can translate it from english to thai language. In this case it will be easy for them to understand the words that you want to teach them. You can search in google some of these basic words in the kitchen. I think five words per day during the briefing is enough and make a test if they learned something. Just an input.
