We are currently in search for a Room Reservations Agent here in Desert Palm Resort & Hotel, Dubai.

Ideally you will have previous experience in room reservations, call center or Front Office operations in MIddle East, preferably the UAE.

You will have excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal). Arabic speakers will have an advantage. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office package and ideally has had previous knowledge/training in Reservations systems such as Fidelio, Opera, ProLogic.

You will be focused, patient, flexible and has the ability to multi task under pressure.
