Software To Create E-Learning Training Class?

Hi,

I am looking for a Software to create our own e-Learning training class?
Hopefully, one that is not too expensive (found some online listed at over 5K$), easy to use and that would include functions such as ability to create unique profile for each staff member and follow-up learning curve and evolution.

Any suggestion?
