The Maldives Tourism Development Corporation Plc (MTDC) hereby invites local and foreign or multinational companies meeting the requirements set out below with demonstrated financial capability to submit written Expression of Interest (EOI) for either one or both of the options below:

1. to bid for the formation of a Joint Venture with Maldives Tourism Development Corporation Plc (MTDC)for the operation/management of the 544-bed Resort in Herathera Island, Seenu Atoll, Maldives: and,

2. for an outright purchase of the 544-bed Resort in Herathera Island, Seenu Atoll, Maldives.
