I am Swiss-Italian experienced Hospitality professional My current position involves as Group General Manager for one of the Asian Capital most exclusive hotels group, where I have produced dramatic increases in profit E.B.I.T.A. My background in the field of the hotel and resort management specialized in Pre-Opening and Managing has provide me with the excellent people and communication skills necessary to succeed in the competitive and fast paced industry. I am able to develop policies and procedures that increase sales, occupancy, and revenue, negotiate contract with corporate accounts and service providers, and formulate effective strategies business development plans. I have been recognized throughout my career for my ability to increase profits and sales, and have history of rapid promotions at every level.
