Dear EHK's,

I'm in south east Asia, presently i'm facing too many in guest room during check out for i.e. during check out we are facing missing items like towel,hanger,ect.. when FO staff ask to the guest they saying that they are not take and refused to pay for that.
Pls give me solution and how to solve this issue.
Your answer will be highly appreciated.

One idea could be to place a sign on the bathroom counter stating that any missing towels etc. upon check-out will be charged to their bill. For the hangers, you could use the type of hangers that aren't able to be taken off the rod.

And a sign on the desk pad or in the folder. A tent card is best for most 2-3-4 star places. If they didn't leave a deposit on a credit card then forget it. Just make notes and charge them accordingly if they have the nerve to stay with you again.
No credit card does not mean no deposit--charge up front for a potential loss.
Sad but the way it is.
