• Mixed use projects ( Hotel, Luxury Housing, Shopping/Strip Malls)
• Project Management (Oversee the development for Owner/Management Group)
• Pre-Post Opening Office Set Up
• Set up FF&E-M&E-O&E
• Prepare-Pre-Post Opening Budgets with Owners
• Assist in all Technical Services for owner
• Assist with procurement of heavy machinery (Elevators, HVAC. Fire Protection, CCTV and so on)
• Develop & Implement all SOP’s Departmental Manuals
• Business Plan / Sales & marketing Options for local market
• Hire & train Management teams
• Operate the property post opening
