Culinary Art School is the first culinary school in northwestern Mexico. We started our activities in 2003, in a strategic point, the city of Tijuana in Baja California, near the US border, 20 minutes from the city of San Diego, and two hours from Los Angeles, California, and an hour and a half of the wine region, the valleys of Ensenada, where it produces more than 90% of Mexican wine, in more than 70 flourishing wine.
We are the first specialized in Culinary Arts and Hospitality school, located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez. Our education system is based on modular system Immersion Specialized, which encourages the development of abilities and skills, training and organization habits in our students through a process of pedagogical training of high performance, based in turn on the model educational workshops “to work” – Hands on -, with a high practical content.
The curriculum includes three years divided into nine semesters; most of our students do their internships in major hotels and restaurants worldwide. Chefs instructors and teachers from different places come to our school to strengthen development and our training model.
Today many cooks and chefs of the region and the country are graduates of our school also counting to date with students working in over 10 countries worldwide.
