Role: Assist and coordinate with General Manager in overall and all operation activities of hotel, to act on behalf of General Manager during his/her absence; Tasks: • Plans, directs and evaluate daily activities of hotel; • Responsible for sales and profitability of the hotel, Coordinate in setting up the strategy, budget, action plan for S&M; • Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations, especially assist in setting up standard of service and products (room, F&B, entertainment); • Coordinate with Accounting Team, Revenue & Expenses Controller and GM in setting up target/ norms of revenue, costs relating to operation (F&B, room, entertainment in hotel); • Responsible for compliance with the standard of service, operating procedures, safety and hygiene regulations, ensure all standards are implemented properly; • Achieve optimal guest satisfaction and a good working environment to attain all set objectives; • Other duties as assigned;
