Swiss-Belhotel International continues expanding in Vietnam

Swiss-Belhotel International continues its strong growth in Asia Pacific and the Middle East regions with the announcement that it has signed a Pre-Opening and Management Services Agreement with Daklak Rubber Company for their four star hotel development in Buon Ma Thuot City, Daklak, Vietnam.

"This is a very exciting development for Swiss-Belhotel International" stated the Chairman and President, Mr. Gavin M. Faull" and is our sixth property in Vietnam and brings the total number of hotels and projects in the Swiss-Belhotel International growth to 45 and over 7,500 rooms."

The property will be the first international four star hotel established in Buon Ma Thuot City, the capital of Daklak province. It is located in the central highland area, the main rubber and coffee commodities are grown in Vietnam.  The area is also very well known for its ethnic minorities as well as elephant breeding.  The land size is 3.6 hectares and the development will include the hotel, a wedding centre, a sport centre as well as other modern facilities. The property is a seven-minute drive from the airport

The Swiss-Belhotel Dakruco will have 140 rooms and suites. Facilities will include 2 restaurants, bars; banquet and conference facilities for 500 guests; a wedding centre for up to 2,000 people, shops, international standard spa and fitness centre; gymnasium and a swimming pool. The sport centre will have indoor tennis courts, table tennis and badminton, among other sports amenities.

The completion of this property will be in December 2008.
