In Germany the number of new hotel construction projects is increasing evermore. 60 new first class and luxury hotels with more than 7,000 new hotel rooms have been opened this year, e.g. the Capella Hotel Breidenbacher Hof in Dusseldorf/Northrhine-Westfalia or the Swissôtel in Bremen or design hotels like The George in Hamburg and Factory Hotel in Muenster.
