Each year at ehotelier we invite readers to contribute their stories in an Xmas/New Year feature series. Harry Miles is the head concierge of the five-star London Marriott Grosvenor Square in Mayfair. Harry started his career in 1970 as a night porter at the Waldorf Hotel and first started work at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square in 1979 where he was promoted to head concierge in 1985. Harry is celebrating his 25th year at the hotel and has many stories to tell from the past 25 years.
