“Every year Americans make the most sincere promises on December 31st — to themselves! And more often than not — within a 14 day window — the promise is broken. Therefore, I resolve to enact and sustain these changes in 2013 — and my resolutions are:
To be more customer-centric, stemming the tide of rising indifference in the Service industry
To listen more than talk. Let’s return to the time where listening meant that you actually cared about driving the end results for your client — in partnership!
To not ask of someone what I would not do myself. An age old idiom but one that has not been in practice for the last decade…
To meet every customer and to thank them for the opportunity to earn their business
To be an advocate for my destination and my bureau — at all times — and to assist them in achieving their goals as “rising tides will raise all boats”
