Park Hyatt Dubai is delighted to announce its resounding success at the Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2010 held on 23 March, when Traiteur, the hotel's French brasserie restaurant, won the "Best Brunch in Dubai" award and was also highly commended as the "Best Romantic Restaurant in Dubai".

The highly acclaimed Traiteur, with its emphasis on traditional French flavours and authentic cuisine, has proved to be exceptionally popular with Dubai's Friday Brunch diners, in addition to presenting itself as one of the most romantic restaurants in the city. Chef Franck Detrait and his team of chefs prepare meals right in the midst of diners from the large, open, theatre-style kitchen. Friday Brunch at Traiteur offers diners the chance to choose from among four brunch packages presented by Chef de Cuisine Franck and his team of chefs, and available from 12:30pm to 4:00pm. Brunch Package 1: AED295 per person, including food and non-alcoholic beverages; Brunch Package 2: AED425 per person, including food, beer and wine; Brunch Package 3: AED550 per person, including food, beer, wine and Veuve Clicquot champagne; and the Premium Brunch Package 4: AED1,500 per person, including pick-up and drop-off in a hotel limousine, food, Dom Perignon champagne, and premium selected spirits, beer and wine, as well as a gift from Pistache (Park Hyatt Dubai's patisserie).
