Hervochon will lead the culinary team at Jumby Bay, overseeing the resort's four esteemed dining options: The Estate House, The Verandah, The Pool Grille and The Beach Bar. Chef Hervochon joins Jumby Bay following his most recent position as executive chef of the legendary Le NossyBe Restaurant in La Baule, France, where he managed the upscale beach restaurant and a team of 12 chefs for seven years.
