AsiaRooms.com offers direct cash back rewards program for customers
OTA specialist AsiaRooms.com has announced the launch of its first cashback rewards programme. Customers from Singapore and Malaysia will be the first to benefit from the AsiaRooms.com Rewards Programme. Upon registration, they can receive between 5% to 7.5% cashback once they have accumulated an expense of £1,000 (in equivalent currency) in hotel stays. Registration is free of charge.
The program includes:
Hassle-free online registration for customers residing in Singapore or Malaysia
No restriction on hotel or room type and no black-out dates for stays booked as part of rewards programme.
Programme is valid across more than 65,000 properties worldwide offered on AsiaRooms.com.
The cashback applies on top of prevailing special offers and promotions on AsiaRooms.com.
Cashback is directly credited to customers' choice of registered bank once their stays have been completed.
Clarence Lin, Head of Marketing, AsiaRooms.com, said, "At AsiaRooms.com, we place customers at the center of everything we do, hence the development of our incentive programme that is both hassle free and transparent. It is also our way of thanking our loyal customers, and we believe its direct cashback feature allows customers to enjoy all its attractive privileges without complicated terms and conditions associated with other programmes. This is part of our continued effort to provide our customers with a simpler and more user-friendly accommodation booking experience."
The value of the hotel booking will be reflected on the customer's rewards account after each stay. Once the customer meets the spend threshold, the cashback amount will be directly credited back to the customers nominated bank account.
Would you like an app with your bed?
Hoteliers who stock the beds from The Nordic Bed Company (TNBC) can now ask this at guest check-in, as the company is launching a new bed with an integrated system that can communicate directly with an iPhone or iPad.
The app will let the guest adjust two engines in the bed to get their personal favorite sleeping position or 'Perfect Fit' as The Nordic Bed Company has named the bed.
The Perfect Fit bed and app will be launched in May. TNBC is also launching a new Massage bed this February.
