Flodrive Group, the property business of Tony Khalastchi, one of the UK’s biggest private investors, has struck a deal with the administrator of London and Edinburgh Swallow Group to buy a portfolio of nearly 250 tenanted and managed pubs and hotels.
It is understood that Flodrive and its investment partners have paid over £1 million to take over the leases on the properties which include the Carnoustie Hotel, the deluxe Scottish golf resort & spa. Flodrive already owned the freehold rights to the properties. London & Edinbugh Swallow Group is one of Britain’s biggest privately owned hotel and pub companies.
