Berlin-based hotel and restaurant development specialist Walter Junger & Friends, Ltd. reveals the name of the much-anticipated hotel project by Beijing Dacheng Yongan Zhiye Co. Ltd. in the heart of Beijing city, China. Walter Junger & Friends, Ltd. was appointed in April 2007 to spearhead the overall brand and concept development, and operational set-up of the 55-key hotel project which occupies a prime location along the eastern wall of the Forbidden City UNESCO monument. The hotel is designed by renowned interior design firm GRAFT which has international offices in Berlin, Los Angeles and Beijing.

This week, the New Frontier Hotel and Casino was opened to the public for the first time in over a week for spectators to roam through and bid on items that are up for sale. When they browsed around in the hotel, however, they found that there was not much left. Even the numbers on the doors had been taken off.
