Hotel consulting firm över5 sets up shop in La Quinta California

över5, a consulting company specializing in small, non-branded hotels, boutique hotels, resorts, b&b and inns has located it’s offices in La Quinta California.
The Coachella Valley location is a part of över5’s overall strategic plan to place itself in a location that is currently under-developed with hotel projects but economically positioned grow dramatically.
Specifically the cities of La Quinta, Indian Wells and Indio have the most potential in the greater “Palm Springs” resort areas for new development. Each city has in place economic development plans that make it very attractive for the hotel, resort, condo-hotel and specialty hotel developer.
With the existing infrastructure of world class golf, restaurants, tennis, polo and festivals, the location is ideally suited for future hotel developments. “över5 is eager to work with and help both the cities and development companies create successful and meaningful resort destinations” notes Kurt Bjorkman, founder and CEO of över5. “This area is ripe with hotel growth, a perfect place for our company to be located. I cannot think of an area, especially in California that is positioned as well for future hotel development.
Currently över5 is working with major resort developers in the Bahamas and several small boutique hotels both in the Palm Springs area as well as Florida and San Diego.
